Cassidy Ruschell Rosenthal is a Member of the firm in the Construction Service Group. Her practice focuses on construction litigation, contract drafting and negotiations, and general business litigation.

Specifically, Cassidy represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, design professionals and suppliers in a variety of construction matters including payment and performance disputes. She also advises and assists clients with contract negotiations and drafting.

Cassidy also advises clients on dispute avoidance and resolution.  Her representation also includes contract disputes, mechanics liens, bidding issues, surety bond matters, and delay claims.

Recent Assignments

  • Defense verdict against an alleged mold claim
  • Briefed, argued and obtained summary judgment on counterclaim for $1.5 million
  • Successful result in a jury trial on behalf of a supplier against a defective material claim
  • Defended owner against subcontractor's claim for breach of contract during 2-day arbitration
  • Represented contractor in suit against public owner and engineering firm for claim of wrongful termination and negligent misrepresentation
  • Won a jury trial defending against a subcontractor's claim for wrongful termination
