Jamie Neal focuses on appellate practice and on defending product liability and professional malpractice claims. She has also handled litigation on a variety of business liability issues, including intellectual property claims, premises liability actions and contract disputes.Recent Assignments

Before Stites & Harbison
While obtaining her B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University, Jamie spent four semesters working as an engineering intern at United Parcel Service.
More than Stites & Harbison
Jamie serves on the board of directors for Wednesday's Child, a local non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for children without permanent families, particularly by raising awareness of and assisting with the adoption of special needs children. Jamie also donates her time as a volunteer attorney for the Center for Women and Families, acting as an advocate for women seeking court orders protecting them from abusive husbands or boyfriends.
