Mark Leach's practice focuses on health care law, construction disputes and public procurement matters. He has tried 26 bench and jury trials to verdict.

- Successfully prosecuted federal supply contract protest
- Overturned federal debarment of small business set-aside contractor
- Represented regional medical center in expansion of services
- Successfully argued appeal clarifying disappointed bidders' right to judicial review of state procurement awards
- Advises health care clients seeking certificates of need from the planning stages, through filing the application, to representation at administrative hearings
- Prosecuted claims on behalf of largest steel water tank manufacturer concerning industrial cleaning and painting of steel
