Green / Sustainability Initiatives

Stites & Harbison is committed firmwide to green and sustainability practices. As a genuine demonstration of our commitment to this effort, we were the first law firm with a presence in Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee to join the ABA EPA Law Office Climate Challenge. The goal of this program is to reduce paper waste and increase energy conservation.

The firm is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, a private, non-profit organization formed in 1993 that promulgates standards for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
