As evidence of this firm-wide commitment to client service, in the Fall of 2007 a Client Relationship Survey was conducted with the firm's 400+ largest clients by the independent research firm, Coburn Consulting of Boston, Massachusetts. Over 40% of the clients contacted responded to the survey, an unprecedented level for a survey of this type. Ninety-nine percent of those said they would recommend us to others in need of legal services.
As gratifying as the high percentanges on various service measures received were the candid comments offered up by our clients from all over the country. These "third party" comments capture the essence of how we approach client service every day and offer further proof of our commitment to our clients.
